Philippe1Born in Marseille, Philippe is a true native of Provence.

For over 20 years he has plied the canals and waterways of France in his capacity as deckhand and rapidly captain of luxury hotel barges, later managing an entire fleet!

His passion for history, food and wine make him your perfect host and there are few corners of Provence that he doesn't know... Yet despite this he is continually searching for more!

Philippe lives near Avignon with his wife and infant son.
